A new charity called Taban is looking to recruit a full-time Development Manager to work with Iranian refugee and asylum-seeking Christians across three churches in Manchester and Salford. Applicants should be fluent in both written and spoken English and Farsi.
Your overall responsibility will be to lead and develop the organisation, in consultation with the trustees and volunteers. Whilst a strategy and business plan has been put in place, there is flexibility to evolve the charity as it grows and you will have significant input into its shape and direction. As well as this leadership role, part of your time will be spent engaging directly in helping clients, alongside our volunteers.

The Antioch Network is also looking to recruit several Church Planters to help us launch new churches across the Anglican Diocese of Manchester including in North Manchester and other locations, possibly Oldham, Salford and Manchester City Centre.
As well as offering a salary, we also offer ongoing training and one-to-one mentoring for church planters to help people gather a team and then plant church on housing estates and in ethnically diverse communities. You could work full time or part time, and we'd be happy to talk to you about what best fits your call.
