RSN has extended the deadline for applications to lead RSN's Specialist Education and Wellbeing Support Team. The Head of Educational Wellbeing will join our senior leadership team and line-manage three Support Workers and the Safeguarding and Wellbeing Lead Practitioner. The team provides intensive casework and support to more than 80 young asylum seekers and refugees, all of whom face particularly acute and complex challenges which make it hard for them to get into, stay in and flourish in education. The postholder will demonstrate a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of working with a client group with complex needs to develop their agency and resilience while, as an experienced manager, setting and nurturing a boundaried and healthy team culture which mitigates the risk of burnout.
