The CEO will lead Hope Housing to fulfil its vision for the eradication of homelessness in Bradford. They will provide clear leadership, and manage the growth of the charity. We believe that homelessness can be ended in Bradford and that people who have experienced homeless can lead fulfilling and purposeful lives. The CEO will lead on fulfilling this vision while providing leadership and inspiration to the team and wider stakeholders.

ASYLUM SUPPORT ADVICE/ADVOCACY SERVICE MANAGER
£28,360 per annum (pro rata)
28 hours per week
Initial contract to March 2025 with potential of extension
If you are keen to lead a skilled, dedicated team and the delivery of services which really make a difference to the lives of people seeking asylum in Glasgow this role could be for you.
Our advice and advocacy service provides a range of practical support to New Scots in the asylum process. The advice service operates a telephone advice helpline 4 mornings a week, supported by a hybrid model of remote and face to face casework support as required.
The Asylum Support Service Manager’s role is to provide operational management of the advice & advocacy service. Responsible for managing the advice team who are supporting New Scots in the asylum process; coordinating monitoring and evaluation of the service, and contributing to organisational and national policy developments in relation to asylum support
Our ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual, with the energy and resilience to support a team working with vulnerable individuals and families. You will have a proven track record of experience in delivering asylum support casework and managing a small team.
You will have the skills and experience to deliver high quality, trauma informed asylum support advice services, manage capacity and work with the wider staff team to find creative solutions to adapt services in response to changing needs in our community.
