The Penrith and Eded Refugee Network is running a week long taster event for refugees and asylum seekers to showcase the town and surrounding area as a potential place to live and work.

The week includes English conversation practice • local culture and activities • staying in a welcoming English home • daily English classes • employability awareness • travelling to Penrith by train

To apply you must be over 18 years and either seeking asylum or have leave to remain.

Cost including travel, food and activities is £20.00. Free to asylum seekers.
